Catch Data
Catch data is one of the most important tools the State of Alaska and users can utilize to plan for the next season’s harvest, and to make in-season decisions. This page provides links and downloads about Cook Inlet catch data from all user groups. It is important to keep in mind that while these numbers may reflect the official report from the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, counting methods are not necessarily reliable from fishery to fishery and all data should be understood as a best estimate by the Department.
Because we wish to provide a wide breadth of information, we sometimes provide links and documents that may conflict or present only one perspective on an issue. Because of that, we feel it is important to note that none of the content provided on our website necessarily represents the views or opinions of the Alaska Salmon Alliance, excepting, of course, those articles authored by us.
